Exceptions cannot be made due to failure of reading these terms.

As the terms & buyers fees for the auction vary from sale to sale, please see the specific terms & conditions for the current sale running, if applicable.

Buyers Premium – 5% to a maximum of $800.

However, common to all auctions, all units are as is, where is, as photographed.  No warranties implied or otherwise exist.  All sales are final.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure payment and pick up are completed on time.  Some auctions have shipping available, and some don’t- please see the specific terms & conditions for the current sale running.

Payment expectations are as follows: we accept credit cards and some debit cards with a 3% fee.

We can accept bank drafts, electronic funds transfer (to [email protected]) and cash.  Payments must be made within 2 business days of closing

of the sale.   Payments can be made on this website, at the sale site (unless otherwise specified in the current auction’s terms & conditions) or by calling 780-282-0233 and making arrangements.You may also use the contact form Contact
